This right here is my WHY. They are my everything and the reason I care so much about my own health, and your health! I want you to be able to give your all to your WHY.

I grew up active (but definitely not athletic). I ran cross country in high school- because my friends did it, and it landed me an opportunity to run in college. I ran for BYU-Hawaii for 3 years while studying Exercise Science.

Long story short, while in Hawaii I fell into a state of depression. To help combat that depression I turned to weight lifting. I moved home where I was given the chance to develop my weight training skills even further.

I shortly moved to Utah, where I graduated from BYU in Exercise and Wellness. I trained the BYU hockey team and many others.

I met my adoring husband at the gym and we now live in Texas with our sweetest little babe.

While expecting her I decided to take my interest in pre and post natal health further, and got certified as a Pre and Post Natal Fitness Instructor.

I want all women- moms, college students, teenage athletes, grandmas, business women- WHATEVER YOU ARE- to feel their best inside and outside of the gym. I want to make your health easy to follow, so you can give your everything in all aspects of your life!
